Kimberly J Bender BS, DC, DACBN, CCN

Dr. Kimberly Bender is a graduate of Clearwater High School and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of South Florida in 1990.  She attended Life University graduating magna cum laude as she received her Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1994.  There she was awarded high achievement status as she served as a senior intern.  In 2000, she completed her board certification in nutrition and now holds the title of Certified Clinical Nutritionist, as well as being a Diplomate of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition.   She is a certified instructor for Activator Methods chiropractic technique. Dr Bender also is a professor at SPC where she teaches Nutrition and Anatomy & Physiology.

Erika Haire-Nino, DC, FIAMA

Erika Hiare-Nino DC, FICA Dr. Erika Nino has been practicing chiropractic and acupuncture since 2009 in a variety of settings from small family practices to large pain management clinics. She often utilizes a soft tissue technique done with an instrument that is quick and effective for relieving muscle pain and tension. She also does electro-acupuncture which, when combined with the muscle work can be very effective at promoting the healing of musculoskeletal injuries. Acupuncture is a gentle, usually painless modality that can address physical, emotional, psychological and systemic health issues.

Dr. Nino has lived and practiced in New York, Arizona, St. Louis and now Florida. She and her husband decided after a few St. Louis ice storms they wanted to live near the beach and relocated to Florida six years ago. One of her most fulfilling experiences was supervising chiropractic students on three clinic abroad trips, treating patients in the Dominican Republic and Ecuador, when she was a clinician at Logan University.

Dr Carly Sidor

Dr. Carly Sidor grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, where her early experiences with chiropractic
care sparked a passion for health and wellness. She went on to study Biological Sciences with a
concentration in Neurobiology at North Carolina State University, where she deepened her
understanding of the body’s ability to heal naturally. Dr. Carly later earned her Doctor of
Chiropractic degree from the National University of Health Sciences, graduating as Valedictorian
of her class.

Dr. Carly takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to care, focusing on uncovering and
addressing the root cause of pain rather than simply managing symptoms. Her treatments often
combine gentle chiropractic adjustments with supportive techniques such as
instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and manual therapy to promote optimal recovery.

Dedicated to continuous growth, Dr. Carly is currently pursuing board certification in internal
medicine to expand her expertise through a functional medicine perspective. Her goal is to
integrate this knowledge with chiropractic care to provide patients with comprehensive,
individualized solutions for lasting health and well-being.
